In 2021, SHI Healthcare Clinics opened its first two clinics in
Checkers, White River and Checkers Hyper, Mbombela.
Shortly thereafter, the telemedicine service was launched for remote consultations between doctors and patients.
In the same year, SHI Healthcare Clinics expanded to open its clinic situated in Brackenfell in the Western Cape. In 2022, SHI Healthcare extended its services into a GP practice in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
